We have the largest body of empirical research on the Enneagram in the field. Our research studies on Type and relationships have been validated by UC Davis.
Our testing instruments are by far the most accurate available as they are based on over 15,000 questionnaires on self image correlated with the help of software developed by an MIT PhD to Enneagram Type. We specialize in typing. Many practitioners don’t type well and use tests that don’t work for many people, this makes the entire system or training ineffective.
They have included a 12 year ongoing contract with the Federal Reserve, The Oakland A’s baseball team, high tech companies and medical services companies. We do coaching with executives and individuals from literally all over the world.
We are the creators of Tritype™. This concept came from our research and has been adopted internationally as the new way to use the Enneagram. In brief, we have 3 types, not just one, the we use in a preferred order.
There is a TV show we did on Tritype here:
Most of what is taught on the Instinctual Subtypes: Intimate, Social and Self-Pres, came from Katherine’s groundbreaking published research in the mid 1990s. We find even more than Enneagram Type, one’s Instinct is critically important to understand when working with teams, relationships and personal performance.
David Fauvre, MA and with Katherine Chernick Fauvre, have conducted the longest-running, ongoing, empirical research of the Enneagram of anyone in the field. Their research focuses on self image and Type and it has proven invaluable to coaches, psychologists, and corporations. David graduated with honors from the California Institute of Integral Studies with a Masters in Psychology. He has an Enneagram Certification with Riso and Hudson in 1994. Also, David has attended programs with Palmer/Daniels, Condon, Ichazo, and Tom Condon. He is a leading researcher, trainer, author and test developer in the field.
